Snapshots of Campus

Hello from the admissions office! (building on the far right above.) As our blog gets going into a new year, I thought it would be fun to showcase several aspects of our campus. The cluster of buildings surrounding admissions is known as Riley Court. It is home to several professors' offices, the Student Life office, Financial Aid office and our Spiritual Life office (among others.) Despite what the picture suggests, there is usually a buzz of activity around Riley Court throughout the day.

"Peacesounds" is a wonderful wind chime, positioned as a welcoming sculpture outside Riley Court (picture above and below.)

Bluffton has two distinct bridges, including the one above. You can see the Sauder Visual Arts Building in the distance, and behind it, the admissions office. Turn around and you'll face Marbeck Center, home of our dining hall, mail room and Bob's Place, our late-night hangout and snack shop.

The Bluffton campus is home to some amazing art, including outdoor sculptures created entirely by Bluffton alumni.

Our "Constellation Earth" sculpture sits in the middle of campus, and has become a focal point of campus art.

Campus Drive winds around many of our beautiful buildings and some great village houses, as well as the meandering Riley Creek.

And finally, our great Musselman Library. This building really stuck out to me when I first toured the Bluffton campus. I love the windows, and the atmosphere inside. To get a peek, schedule your campus visit and one of our tour guides will be more than happy to show you around:)
